Where do you ship?

We ship Australia wide.

We don't currently offer international shipping.

How much is shipping?

*Shipping is $10 flat rate anywhere in Australia.

Express post is also available.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

You will receive a confirmation within 24hrs of placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation contact us at bluemountainsbathbombs@gmail.com

How long will delivery take?

For Australian customers: delivery will take 2-10 days after dispatch depending on your location. We use standard shipping with Australia Post.

The products are small batch and hand made weekly. Depending on stock levels dispatch may take up to 5 working days.

When do you restock?

Products are restocked midday Friday. Sometimes I don’t restock certain products. If you are after something in particular send me an email or Insta DM 🧡

Is your checkout safe?

Yes! We are powered with Shopify and so our checkouts are SSL encrypted which means your data is safe the moment you click into our store, not just during the checkout process (it’s safe then too!).

An easy way to tell if a website is SSL encrypted is to look a the web address. If it has HTTPS// in front of the address, i.e. https://www.curatedbeauty.com.au, then it is SSL encrypted.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

How are your products packaged?

The bath bombs are packaged in Natureflex cellophane bags. These bags are plastic free and made in Australia from renewable cellulose fibre. They are certified biodegradable by Australian Standards AS 8510, and can be composted at home. Decomposition time is approximately 15 WEEKS once in the elements.

There bath bark is packaged in Earth Bags made from brown recycled paper with a corn based, 100% natural biofilm. These bags are also fully compostable following the removal of the tin tie.

Sticker labels and tissue paper is recyclable.

Wood wool is used to protect products during transport. This is also entirely home compostable or can be disposed of in your green waste bin.

Tape used for postage is biodegradable. Please remove tape prior to recycling your post pack.

Can I go package free?

Yes!

And it will get you a discount!

There is the option of having your products sent package free - with the exception of the postage box and recyclable protective packaging.

If you choose this option your bath bombs will be sent nude in recyclable tissue with wood wool protective packaging.

This option is not available for the Bath Bark.

Are your products organic?

All our ingredients are of the highest quality and we use organic ingredients where possible. If you notice a star* next to a name in our ingredients list it means the ingredient is organic.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Definitely! All our products are vegan and cruelty free.

We endeavour to always use ingredients that support fair trade and are ethically sourced.

This is one of the main reasons our bath bombs are mica free. Mica is a common ingredient in bath bombs and cosmetics for its colour and shimmer. While mica is considered a natural ingredient it is largely sourced from unregulated mines that utilises child labour.

Are your products vegan?

Yep!

All the products use dried and dehydrated flowers, leaves, herbs, fruits and vegetables.

Are your products Australian made?

All the products are made in the Blue Mountains, NSW.

Are your products all natural?

Most definitely!

How long do the products last?

It is recommended that the bath bombs are used within 6 months.

The bath bombs are fine to use after 6 months they may just be a bit less fizzy.
